Ashley has led workshops and individual sessions on personal development, emotional health, and anxiety-relief for over 15 years, working with thousands of children and adults. Through her book, The Girl and The Sun, Ashley has created a new vocabulary to help individuals discuss deep subjects in a simple way. Her two children give her many opportunities to practice this vocabulary, especially while she balances parenting with studying for a Master’s degree of Counselling Psychology.
